Flowers are natural and may slightly differ in color or availability depending on seasons. If the arrangement chosen has unavailable flowers, we will substitute with a similar flower or something higher in value. Rest assure will add a special touch to your gift.

We do not provide refunds for flowers & chocolates as they are perishable & natural products, unless products received are damaged. We do not accept cancellations for event bookings after it has been confirmed as the date booking has became a priority for you.

In case of order, workshop or booking cancellation: amount paid will be held as credit to use in our store any other time.

As we deliver to all Emirates excluding western regions, our hard working delivery team work atmost efficiency to deliver your orders at best shape. There is no specific timing for delivery, fully depends on couriers schedule.
